Holy Crap Batman! Can't say he took a dive on that one eh? Did the responsible party get booked? I'd say he'll be down for at least nine months. Probably a year.

Man I feel for whoever that is. Career over I think. Years ago John Theisman (US Football player) had an ankle break that went through his sock like this. His career was over immediately. To try and move laterally quickly after this heals? I don't think so.
