well it's obvious to me after today things aren't going down well here at good old PSC. We got to do better people.
It makes me sad. Please please think what would make this site great.

I will personally gather these ideas up and mail them to the admin.

More photoshop and encouragement and less talk would be helpful. by the way, anyone need a logo done? or photo restored?

more variety. i'm bored

I just love green jumping aliens and barney like dinosaurs... you guys are great... okay so far a list of DEEP competitve contests, some non source contests and some more variety... keep it coming.

A suggestion Bigbuck said in another forum, maybe a theme contest every once in awhile instead of a daily source pic all the time.

I added Buck's idea when I said non-source so that is on the list. I Know many of you think I am naive to try but till I try and nothing happens then I can't be jaded out oldtime here. I have never had an experience here with the Admin that was ignored so I don't think this issue would be either.

On the "more variety" can you guys be more specific? Example of what you mean in a contest? Thanks people for humoring me.

Im with Pharoh on this one, im not sure what your referring to... but I have been thinking the same thing... I NEED SOMETHING NEW!!! A while back I posted a message within the "ideas" forum that said that we should

1) have more "white canvas" source pictures where we create our own art and submit it! for votes and comments!!!

2) have a self portrait contest posted... I have already taken the liberty of posting a "white canvas" source picture with the words: Create you own self-portrait written on it.... which leads me to my next idea...

3)we should have a couple of contests posted where we just a thought, as in a word like "GREEN" is posted as the source and people submit entries that have an association with that "thought".

4) Have a contest that throughout the three day period the contest is running, the artist continue with their entries improving them throughout the contest and people leave comments daily!

5) I also agree with the MORE H2H

6) Lastly, the other day I created a forum that started a story and everyone that posted on the forum continued with it... the story came out mint!!! and I created a picture of what I thought up while reading the story...

maybe we could create another story and have everyone submit there own artwork on what they thought the story would look like.

just some suggestions...

by more variety i meant things like anonymous contests (more than we have now, perhaps regular ones), theme contests (a departure from the psc ethos but hey it would be interesting and fun wouldn't it?) and perhaps make the homepage background flash randomly sometimes

Yeah, I thought BigBuck's idea was good, too.
