PSC time...

I'm 12 hours from home every day, except the weekends. So 8 hour sharp is not an option for me (and maybe al the .eu & other continents choppers with a job). No problem... because I still don't know what the Reunion Contest is... Confused

Or... admit it... you don't love choppin' foreigners Crying or Very sad

Oke, you can 'YEP' me now!

I realize it isnt for everyone (I work 60-70 hours a week), but it adds a very interesting time factor to the contest.

I can remember spending 1 hour on a chop, loading it up only to find that Chrispis (who is from Holland) or metalic (who is from thialand and england) has put up a masterpiece in 35 mins (that would most likely compete with todays advantage chops). really 2 of the best back then were from europe or asia Smile Hell, Ledirlo won like three days in a row back then Wink .

On the otherhand you would see entire contests turn around when a good post went up.. This winner was not posted untill around 8pm on the first day of the contest.. http://photoshopcontest.com/photoshop-contest/663/top-of-the-mountain.html?o=votes I can also remeber some shooting up from the 2nd day.

The contests were more open back then IMHO. atleast they had me checking the votes more..

What is the REUNION CHOP? Confused

Ahhhh you want to know do ya, ok then, but keep it quiet Wink

Basically a day is chosen from the upcoming images, say April 20th image whatever that may be. And everyone whether they be advantaged or non advantaged an old or new member, gets sent a reminder for the upcoming reunion chop, and the source for that day.

Idea being everyone competes at advantage level having access to the image with a few weeks to work on it, and hopefully some old faces will show up too.

And that, as they say in the trade, is that Very Happy

I browsed though the old H2H tournaments, and there are some really neat chops. Recommended! Very Happy

A bit on the shitty side though: All the source images seem to have been lost. No possibility to compare with the original. Sad
