As far as conflicts, whenever you have this many people who are this good together in one place the stew has to bubble. And yes it does splatter onto the walls a little. But guess what it wipes right off, and if it never bubbled then the output would never be as good as it gets here.
So come on everyone kiss and makeup and set a good example for the young-uns who are fresh to PSC. Then get back to choppin, you're wasting precious time and there is only so many hours in each day.
