I used to do photo chopping without photoshop... come to think of it, not sure if drawing programs existed much back then! I used my warped sense of humor, a sharp exacto knife and photos they were done with having already run in previous days papers! Then I'd write humorous cut lines to go with them.

And we used to "open" eyes with a pencil if someone had their eyes shut in photos! Ha! Looked fine in the paper!

As far as your drawing, I didn't vote for it because I thought it was REAL flintstone art, snagged from google with just a couple things personalized for the contest.

you're always doing that to me... making me think someone has cheated only to find out you did if all by yourself! (such as the water in your bait entry!) hahahahaha
