I miss you guys. Confused

I love the new job. Love it a lot actually. But it's taking up all my time during the day now. I'm actually working again instead of collecting a paycheck whilst I play on PSC. Laughing

I'd play at home but lightning hit a little too close to my house and knocked out all of the network equipment and wiring. Got the new router but the NICs and cat-5 cable were fried too. One computer won't even boot anymore. Rather than put money into the old steam-powered PC I'm ordering parts to build it's nuclear powered cousin. Cool . The new PC will be a nice little Quad 4 with 4GB of RAM and a terabyte of storage. Mr. Green It should run CS3 like a dream. Speaking of which anyone know where I can acquire CS3 on "the cheap" Wink . I had to give up my CS3 Master Suite when I left the employ of the county. Crying or Very sad

Also on the subject of storms.... Wisconsin got NAILED by the rain. There's a town called Wisconsin Dells that is all about tourism. The banks of one of the primary lakes gave way and the lake actually drained! Shocked No more Lake Delton for a while. Lake Delton had all kinds of tourism on it including the Tommy Bartlett water ski show and a jet boat ride. Sad

Slide show of the damage.

Felt like it! Laughing

For about a month-and-a-half we've had rainstorms 3-4 times a week. This last couple were particularly nasty. The house in that pic was shown breaking apart in a video. It was even on Good Morning America this morning.

As I told manic_d the silver lining is that I haven't had to water my yard even once this year! Laughing

Shocked YIKES, Tofu! Glad you and yours are all right! Keep safe!

Hope you're back up and running from home again soon--and that your whole state avoids any more damage and is able to quickly recover from this damage! EESH!
