I'm betting voks is just anal enough to do it. Laughing Wink

Here's the preliminary concept graphic. It's obvious that I need to work on the "drawn" part (instead of crappy filtering) and throw in the napkin/crumpled paper background. But this, in essence, is what I'm working on. Other versions will be the elevation drawings and interior shots of the kitchens, bath, theater, etc. Cool

This won't be up very long. I'll probably kill the image before the weekend.

Is the real sketch still out of the question? It may be easier to really draw it than faking it.

This is seriously beginning to look as if you are trying to manufacture evidence in an attempt to defraud the courts. Everybody plays with photoshop these days. When the judge ask "Do you have the PSD for this?" you gotta remember to answer "Pastey? Like from a stripper? That napkin didn't come from a strip club."

One of the variations will actually be like your sample. I'll take the line drawing of a kitchen and blend it with the kitchen that was actually built from that drawing.

Drawing for real is my last resort for a couple reasons. First is I can't draw that good. Second (and probably more important) is time. I'm making at least three variations of the graphic and won't have time to draw & scan each one. Especially if I screw up the sketches too much (a given knowing me). It's actually faster, for me at least, to pull it into Photoshop and tweak it rather than do it from scratch. I may even add touches to the napkin like the coffee ring, smudges, etc. (bit like Rey's chop mentioned earlier).

On a side note.... MAN I LOVE GETTING PAID TO PLAY WITH PHOTOSHOP! WOO-HOO!

My immediate supervisor/boss literally told me that I could work on the pics as often as I could work it into my other duties as he really liked the concept and thought the company owners would too.
