build a site if you have time... on mine i have a link that sends you to my portfolio here at psc i also have a seperate page of other jobs i've done a visual portfolio w/ printed material is nice too and another option is to burn them on a cd that is interactive w/ images in different catagories make sure the cd has a cover label w/ a basic design for the cover much like a music cd or a movie dvd. good luck

You do realize they're shipping graphics jobs among others to India? Is Canada offering anything more stable?

Not trying to burst your bubble...taking any graphics class is cool, but you can't bank on making a livelihood of it.

Thanks for the ideas Matt. And I hear what you're saying Eve...but out of all the courses being offered and with the timing of it all (I won't bore you), it's the only thing that's floating my boat. I have to do something, and there's some web design in there too which is cool. If I can't make a living out of it so be it (my needs are simple anyway), I'll carry on...but... if it gets me a winning entry on here one day it'll allllllllll be worth it
