I usually don't like PSc styled entries, but this I felt worked as I needed a short word to allow to show the details, plus I am having a break shortly, so just my tribute to a fantastic site :D

had a couple of asks of how I did this, well basically this was my 4th attempt from scratc h to get it right only using the source. I had to repair and enlarge the wave distubance from the original and make 3 seperate patterns for each letter...

the water was sections from original merged together to give a realistic angle,& the letters themselves are hand drawn then painting on sections of the grass/sand/cliffs & slowely building them up to give them a 3D look,that fitted with the angle :)

The ONLY thing that detracts for ME...are the trees/greenery on the islands...they just look a little too blurred for the rest of the image.
