hang on a sec what happened to the quality of the source pic? you didnt scale it or distort it as far as i know yet it appears to have seriously degraded

I think it was scaled down to match the the low res ext source and then scaled up..?

the source pic was filtered (artistic - colored pencil) to give it a look of a drawing rather then a picture. it was not scaled down
