There is an episode on Batman Beyond where a 30 year old model is killing people in the model industry. During the entire Episode she wore a mask to hide her hidius face. When she gets caught and the police take her mask away, she screams in horror.

Because she does not want anyone to see her face. Reflecting on the broken class on the ground you see that she is beautiful. But she no longer sees that. She only sees the ugly. That is what inspired this. Hope you enjoy.
