Nice idea. Execution is good too.

Nice idea. I'm not convinced by the lammpost shadow - the 'wire' part shadow should be parallel to the one in the reflection, it also needs more disturbance. And more ripples around the alligator and the lammpost.

great chop and welcome! I do agree with vokaris on this and would maybe do some contrast variation with the water but this is real good! Nice idea.
