I updated it" that white piece was the car under the tree, I moved it out of the picture" thanks for the advice, I lightened up the tree shadow too.

Mismatched resolution for the outside source makes it look grainy/pixellated. Lightning reflections in the water and the pavement are odd to say the least (looks like Emperor Palpatine hurled a lightning bolt at the fallen tree)
