Yes...good integration of the mosaic.:)Might look better if the mask didn't look horizontally stretched tho. ..also,some slight shadowing around the gem would help place it more effectively, as it's a bit floaty right now ;)

Some more highlights/shadows corresponding to those on the face, and maybe some subtle bending with the liquify tool may help the mask look more contoured. Great concept and nice style, though! :)
