i wanted to make it loop continously barcode -> beetle -> barcode but due to file size limitation i only used half of the animation... I chose barcode to beetle since it started out as a barcode :)

I only used the Liquify filter to do the bug (so the smear) then cleaned up the final image. The GIF is sort of a step by step of how i transformed the barcode into a bug. Thanks for the comment Tad and the vote too :)
