That's strange. Why is PSC adding space characters to the url? Does it have something to do with the tilde in the url?

While there are lots of bright rays in the image URL, they aren't actually hitting the trees facing us. It's the cumulative effect of light creating a difffused ambience. It would be the other side of the trees which would look like what you've painted.
