this might help: work on the contrast/brightness more make him larger, unless he's a midgit make sure you erase the INSIDE of the microphone parts as well why is there a big black line separating the two?

the photo on the left probably shouldnt even be there, in which cse you can remove Beetlejuice and the poster in the back... but the guy is still small.
