(i think its still having issues) LTZ. thats was the best shot i could get. standing that close to the bucket for even 10 seconds almost melted my camera (3000+ degrees). ... yes julie it was a custom steel order i needed.

Tarmac, my dad worked at a steel mill for 34 years. Thought it looked familiar. He worked at the open hearth furnace until the blast furnace was put in, then he became a pipe fitter. It was HOT where he worked. Steel melts at almost 2800 degrees.

Becoming a pipe fitter was a much better job for him Julie. For me, just standing 25 feet away from the bucket for a short amount of time (about 5 min.) gave me one healthy new respect for steel work and the meaning of hellfire. I think the bucket peaked
