Great idea. Looks better in the small view as the lungs pixelate a bit in the big view. Also the skin layers at the incision look a bit plastic and I'd like to see more details in the skin surface.

I hear ya Tofu, enlarging the leaf sizes by this much was always going to be an issue, cleaned them up best I could bud, you are correct though, does look better at this size, I may have a fiddle laters. Overall mind, I am pretty happy idea & wise
