Right. I couldn't get the water to look like you were looking at it from the correct angle. I'm going to be playing with this one for a while...hopefully Ill be able to fix it. As usual, I end my entry notes by asking for advice...so yeah...advice?

If you have the light layer seperate, you can skew it and enlarge to see what happens

Go to that layer that you applied the plastic wrap to. Go to EDIT>transform>distort. Drag the top two corner anchor points out, away from each other. Pull the bottom two closer together. Then move the bottom middle one up to get it like the surface.

Hit apply, then use the move tool to drag the two sides out to match the canvas size. I used that tutorial too. hahahaha.
