make sure U save to web, & plus at 33kb suggests U R scaling down the quality way 2 much, as a non advantage member U still have 125kb @800 x 600 2 play with, upgrade & U will have 512kb @ 1280x960. sorry to sound like an ad, but it solves your issues.
