i love this, but i'm wondering about the boy's shadow. i feel like its the right size, but maybe the wrong angle. other than that, its beautiful

eve - i know that, my entry's shadow is terrible. i just noticed and then couldn't un-notice, so i thought i'd mention it. it doesn't change that this image is excellent. congrats on the 3rd

Thanks everyone for the votes and nice words. The shadows aren't perfect, but then again neither am I, :) Even though the contest is over I am going to update this to make it more accurate for my own learning. Appreciate the feedback--- thanks all.
