I am not too keen on the faded ape, I realise he is in a dream world but some parts look just too faded, kind of like the saturation and opacity was just knocked down.

But I noticed and had a fiddle to bring it out more with the tonal and contrast ranges, and you have a line I presume is left from a selection deletion around the banana.

ahhh well that was not clear at all, as you had the ape realistic colours, and thus it looked like a dream-scape with the ape being one with its dream world. By doing this update your true intention is clearer, as equalising the ape and cloud makes sense
