Thanks for the feedback everyone. Had spent much time on the little details on this one. From the burnt out crosswalk sign, shorted traffic light, blowing papers, and cracks in the building along with settling dust in the air. All comments appreciated.

Had looked into knocking the bins over WhimSea, but unfortunately to my ability it would have looked very fake because I am not sure how to give them different perspectives other than sideways. :) But that's where comments and suggestions help...
