@Zoeon Hi Re the right tyre go large on the image you will see all of the tread area is coasted with sand.The inner dark area is the sidewall which like the left tyre is clear.Re the sky no glare on car the view as seen wearing Polarised sunglasses.

@The Burning Couch.Was going for the look of Polarised light which gives rich graduated color.That's commonly my viewing experience wearing Polaroids at the beaches in South Australia.You will note sky graduates from pale at Ocean level to dark at Zenith
