If I can pass some advice. The conceot is really good. You should try to blend the eye in to the sky instead of making an obvious layer of it with a filter. Also, the reflection would be distorted due to the water. Check "Tutorials" above for good in

Thanks sorry for the extremely late response. it was in reference to the song :) also that's why I made the definitive shadow. also that was also within my first few days of getting photoshop lol
