The background looks really good, but the isolated rock isn't integrated very well. Maybe it needs a hard shadow on its left side to match the rest of the lighting :\ Nice work on the rest,though :)

Except the shadow, the image is really nice.IMO, the shadow should be created using a blending mode other than multiply, to retain a bit of the saturation, and must be a hard shadow.Next step is to draw caustics generated by the water on the stone :)
