@Marco: The 'freak' text is there to signify that the boy is a mutant. Hence, mutants are often seen as freaks within our society. As for the red text; well, that's just a homage to the great: photoshopmaster jr :)

ok I see what you went for with the red text, but I know why it says freak, I meant it didnt need it, the title says mutant, that was all that was needed.
