The light on the egret comes from the left. The light on the penguin is roughly from the front. The light on the bear is from the right. This can be greatly improved with a couple of simple fixes.

First, desaturate and brighten the bear to make him match the other critters. Then mirror him so the light is on his left. Finally, ditch the penguin shadow--it calls attention to the light issues. You can edit and upload the fix.
