Nice idea, the pivot point where the motion takes place should be at the bottom of the curved pieces at base of the horse, right now you have it where the seat is. Hope I'm clear.

Thanks genesis2 I couldn't figure out how to rock it back and forth on a certain pivot point, I figured it out, not perfect but better I think.

Now you just need to put more frames in between to make a smoother rocking, and I understand size restrictions may not make that possible.
