Thx 96needles. Its actually 3 different externals. The front. The VW logo. The plate. Everything merged together. Its a VW Golf 1993 model.

I beat my restoration to death with several grills and eventually convinced myself that it just wasn’t worth the time. At some point you have to do laundry. 🤣👍
