Overall too dark. When doing a night scene you have to keep in mind not everyone's monitor presents the same image. Some will be the same, some lighter and, unfortunately, some darker. Usually Going a little lighter is a safer route.

Even very dark images should retain some details in the shadow areas, just makes it more interesting.
