I didn't find it Splat, I totally created it in Midjourney, the bearded old man looking like Mr. Tiffany was a total coincidence, Googled him and decided to name entry with his name.

the actual prompt was for an old guy sitting in a chair being "interrogated" with light above, it wouldn't take "tortured" got some weird stuff, and I settled with this one.
