JAM, I made 1 layer with big finger, rotate it. Made all changes looking my hand and them, with another layer I duplicated, change light & shadow, then I made gaussian shadow, sorry my English... ;)

I tried to make a bunny rabbit, but failed to find good pair of fingers :P

Euso, try to open the fingers 2 and 3 in a duplicate layer and place it behind the originaly. you can search a open hand at google, them, use the fingers, ok
