I have the same problem when taking the bumps off of my balls. It takes way too long.

actually, it took forever the first time, i kinda painted over orange, then healed, added noise, blurred it, some lighting effects, and it looked like utter shit. Then i just smeared it, the smearing took about 3 minutes, but my first attempt took about 4
