how? well, just find a nice pic of a particular shape (this case the sphere), make it completely black and white,... and make it into as a new channel. make a new layer with only the globe,... and use the selection of the channel as a quickmask. duplicate

why is there printing on the inside of the globe?

and i think the shadow parts on the inside should be different. the lightsource comes from the upper left corner, so those parts on the inside should be darker. the ones on the bottom should be a little lighter. that's what i think, but i am not the maste
