For starters the lighting is all wrong. Light from behind is reflected all over the place. The bubbles do not follow a natural path. Using veggies underwater is unnatural. I’m looking for but small specks of debris in the water but find none. And what about beams of light. Aren’t there always beams of light underwater.
Here are some suggestions. Next time use Filter | Distort | Julian for the carrots. Filter | Stylize | Blue Cheese for the dressing. To add a little contrast you need to use Filter | Noise | croutons.
All kidding aside, this has to be one of the finest works I’ve ever seen you do (assuming, of course I have a clue who you are). This idea is OUTSTANDING and the execution is FLAWLESS. The color balance is PERFECT. This truly is one of your shining moments at the PSC. Hats off to you sir/madam.

cid, the underwater camera I used had a flash :) that is where all the light comes from...did you notice how the light from behind is causing some highlights around the outside?! :)

and the problem may be that I used the Filter | Stylize | creamy italian. That seems to be a much easier filter to use and well...quite frankly...I like easy! :)

You idiot! the "Filter | Stylize | creamy italian" is only to be used in warm salt water posts. This is obviously fresh water. You should read the online help for the dressing filters.
