this is good but I can't help but wonder if the suns rays are too plain. Should they be larger as they come close or maybe fade as they go back? Not too sure myself. I'm not an artist at all

This would be better if you move the hangglider to where the sun is barely peeking through, then remove the sunburst and add a lensflare.. The lines on the water just look a little weird.
