i think you need a x-ray machine commenter #3 to get this effect, photoshop will do a lot of things but see through images........I think not!

try inverting it and you get the same exact effect. (with some color adjustments) I may be a newbie, but I still know photoshop.

There is moe here than just using the invert. Looking at it, I think it was done a slightly different way in any event.

yeah, "invert" isn't going to place chips and a gun inside the bag. and who cares what he used. as long as its executed well and is clean, thats all that matters.
