The leiflets of the stack of dollar bills are from the source. I spent a good amount of time on this to try to get all the separate elements to work. I tried my best, that's all I can say.

To avoid the smudges, try bluring or lowering opacity on the clone tool. Other than that nice job. =)

Man, talk about nitpicking. It's just a little inconsistency in the gradiation of the skin tone on the hand. It's not like it's this major flaw. Why out of all posts is this one under such attack? There are 10x worse in this contest with no criticism.
