I have DSL and it still took over 2 minutes to load. And the motion blur seems pointless, unless it's meant to hide mistakes.

It's not always the speed of your connection. If you connect to a page that is hosted on dialup you will get dialup speeds. You might want to consider another place to host this. Do you have enough administrative power on your webspace to add a file moved
