There are tutorials about ways to make things appear behind glass. You should look at a few of them and find one you like. It was a nice attempt, but it looks like, IMO, you just slapped the ship on the outside of the bottle.

What KaBoom says about the technique used to make the ship appear in the bottle is almost true. What I actually did was -place the red ship layer underneath the bottle layer and then I masked the bottle layer. Using an opaque color (black), I painted over
