Effort vote #2. Author, blur, adjust contrast and add noise to make the imported image match the background. Also, look at the contrast diference between his legs. It's a great idea and the source picture you added him to works like crazy. Those touches would have netted many additional votes IMHO.

Great positioning. My thoughts as per Al's, but I'd use the curves function to match the contrast - lets you shift the mid-ranges of tones toward brighter while keeping the extrem light/dark values as is. Judging by that chicks under-arm shadow you still
