On the original pic, I used a "Sylize-Find Edges" filter, and faded it to about 30%. Then I went into the Hue-Saturation of the layer and lowered the master hue, and raised the saturation and lightness of the layer. I also brightened the reds.

nice post, just one question from this rookie, wouldn't "water color" under filters done the same?
