Nice job. One suggestion...if you look at the light and shadow of the mountain...you will notice the light source is from the left. To make the shoes seem more photoreal in this picture...try adding some hightlight white to the left sides of the shoes...and some black shadow highlights the the right side of the shoe. Overall i like this entry. Keep up the good work. Oh...by the way...i like the other entry too.

Thanks for the tip,db. I made the changes and tried to upload the picture using the edit protocol, but the edited edition is not appearing, and this pic. does not move to the back of the line. I'm not sure if this is a bug....

Ryan..Thanks for your comment..I struggled with the perspective..Its not easy to tell whether the person wearing the shoes is standing up or laying down. In reality, one could probably make either interpretation and be right. But I would have preferred to
