This is one of those times where I admit I experimented wildly. All of the buildings and the background are from the featured picture. I placed all of the "parts" in a transparent layer and painted in lights to make them look like buildings. I kept on fil

very true fzwarkatoodl, I always get their quotes mixed up, of who said what, when........ But the point is made, (which is the point), and the last movie I saw of Van Gogh, did have that line in it. It could of came from a critic, or being his character
