Maybe try using a different technique when making your cutouts. Check out the tutorials section of this site, there's a lot of good info there. Nice job. ;)

Square
for cutouts try layers-->matting-->defringe then choose 1 or 2 pixels. Try 'em both, sometimes one will look better than another. It really cleans up the edges nicely.

yeah.. normally i do that.. i was just being lazy and bored.. and i wanted to get this done so i could vote.. i was sick of just leaving comments.. but thanks for the advice anyway, i'm sure someone will get good use of it
