Unlike some of the other entries, you went for a very old painting feel. The colors have faded with time and one day a museum curator will have this painting restored to it's original brilliance and luster. Well done.

Even before I read all the comments I knew it had the painting feel. Perhaps Xenox's monitor doesn't show the level of detail to make the effect obvious. I like it personally, good work

The difference is you simply used hue/saturation and the colours you chose are shit. With the other one, he actually changed the colours and modified it in other ways to make it look real, you couldn't fool anyone with this.

frame looks good with the element of grain. and senz yeah colour change does take yonks. as i said on mine i went more for the different element rather than teh colour
