there is 4 layers of beak. bottom is lemon yellow 2nd is orange 3rd is k 4th is the mouse tried to blend all to look better but this is what I did

as a suggestion, for ideas like this it's best to zoom in on the chopped part...a source featuring a tighter shot of the swan's head/neck would've been a bit better.
