Designed: the mold is created using both textures and also zooming right in and removing varying levels of the original texture, to give a thickness and depth effect. The light on the wall is hand produced fairly simply. And the fog is hand made

using several normal rounded feathered brushes and the working into the fog to remove parts gradually to give it an undulating feel.... Oh and the ghost is sitting down lol, some people thought he was really small ha haa
